Rush River Ale

Wisconsin- American Amber/Red Ale- Rich in flavor and mildly sweet, this amber-colored ale is dry-hopped in the conditioning tank to add a subtle, herbal flavor. The robust caramel color and flavor is complemented with a frothy head & thick lacing. Pairs well with most dishes!

Wisconsin- American Double/Imperial IPA- 9.0% ABV. Double Bubble is a whopper of a beer that pours a light, golden-yellow color. The hops do all the talking in this full-bodied ale yet are balanced by three pounds of local-harvested honey per keg. Smooth, sweet and hoppy to boot!

Wisconsin- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 6.5% ABV. Incredibly smooth, this American IPA is a true phenomenon! It is brewed with fewer grains than your typical IPA which allows the Yakima Valley hops to shine through. It is dry-hopped prior to packaging to create a bold, hoppy aroma.

Wisconsin- Oatmeal Stout- This seasonal offering pours an extremely dark brown color with a frothy head. Rolled oats give it a smooth mouth feel while additions of premium cocoa help make it a sure crowd pleaser. Picture coffee & chocolate cake blended into liquid form!

Wisconsin- Gose. This style of beer generally offers a light body with tart flavors as well as a tratitional pinch of saltiness. These can be fruited or dry-hopped. Please see package for more information.

New Jersey- American IPA- 6.0% ABV. There's tropical fruit aroma from the El Dorado, Mosaic, and Simcoe hop combination. You’ll get a touch of sweetness followed closely by a rush of pineapple, guava, and stone fruit from the hops, rounded out with a slight pine bitterness.
