Sacred Stave Whiskey

Arizona- Sacred Stave is uniquely Arizonan and unequalled in the craft spirit community and this newly defined whiskey category. Distilled from 100% 2-Row malted barley to no more than 160 proof, matured in red wine barrels and bottled at 90 proof. Aged no less than 6 months.

Arizona- Aged 1 year in New American Oak and finished for 1 year in a blend of Tawny Port and Madeira Barrels. It tastes of gingerbread, honeycomb, and sweet cereal. The aroma is of baking spices, cinnamon, and slight oak.
