United States - 54.5% - Complex, elegant, and inviting. A fragrant nose of toffee, cinnamon, incense, and chocolate leaps from the glass. Dried apricots, vanilla extract, and warmed chocolate dominate here. Balanced well with a subtle impression of oak.

Kentucky- Saint Cloud is truly a unique Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Elegance and refinement are our focus. All of our bourbons are Cask Strength, unfiltered & produced without compromise. Each bottle is complex and full of enjoyment. The White label Single Barrel is aged for 30-44 months

Kentucky- Saint Cloud is truly a unique Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The 12 Year Single Barrel will be bottled at an average of 131.3 Proof, uncut and unfiltered. The total production will be just under 500 bottles total, from three different barrels.

United States - 55% - Rich, decadent, and polished. Candied hazelnut, toast, and cocoa powder on the nose. Round and generously weighted in the mouth. Fresh brownies, buttered toast, and sarsaparilla flood the palate. An elegant finish that keeps on giving.

Kentucky- The nose is full of spice, immediately revealing the high-rye mash bill. The palate hits hard with a wonderful explosion of flavor and a very enjoyable viscosity. Although a touch drying a hot, the finish is long-lasting and chalked full of spice, chocolate, and a toast note
