Saison Ale

Belgium- Saison / Farmhouse Ale- 7.5% ABV. Foret is an organic Saison made by the well respected artisan brewery, Dupont. It has a lumpy, rocky head and a pleasing golden color. Spicy malt, tart citrus fruit, and bitter hops dominate the palate and linger throughout the zesty finish.

Missouri- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- "A straw colored Belgian-style Saison brewed with chamomile flowers. Fermented with a traditional saison yeast strain that imparts fruity & spicy notes that dovetail perfectly with the tea-like quality of chamomile. Finishes dry, tart, and refreshing."

South Carolina- Saison/Farmhouse Ale. This style of beer generally offers varying yeast character ranging from funk to fruit to farmhouse. Some may be aged with Brettanomyces to add tartness. Please see package for more information.

Belgium- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 5.5% ABV. This easy to love thirst quencher uses different kinds of hops and grains so you’ll discover new aspects of its flavor with every sip or swallow. It’s usually very fruity with deep earthy yeast tones and a mild tartness.

South Korea - Saison featuring a blend of Korean mulberry and green plums which provides a complex fruitiness to complement the rustic Saison yeast character. These flavors combine to create an easy-drinking, thirst quenching beer with a uniquely Korean touch.

Louisiana- Saison/Farmhouse Ale. This style of beer generally offers varying yeast character ranging from funk to fruit to farmhouse. Some may be aged with Brettanomyces to add tartness. Please see package for more information.

Tennessee- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.3% ABV. 31 IBUs. Pours a deep golden color. Aroma of fruity esters evoking citrus, along with earthy, floral Noble hop notes. Flavors of rustic grains and crisp acidity, with grass, citrus and peppery spice on the palate.

Missouri- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 8.5% ABV. GABF Gold Medal 2011. Assertively dry hopped & bottle conditioned with various yeasts, including Brettanomyces, imparting a distinctive earthy quality. Aged three months in the bottle before release. Cellaring will enhance the "Brett" character

North Carolina- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 5.8% ABV. With a name that translates to "a thousand flowers", our saison is brewed with both malted barley and artisan spelt, offering up a fresh bouquet of both Crystal and Sorachi Ace hops and finishing dry & crisp on the palate.

Belgium- Saison / Farmhouse Ale- 8% ABV. This is a delicious, textural, and fizzy county ale. It is bright gold in colour with citrus notes. It is reminiscent of a good champagne or lambic but in a class all its own.

"California- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 8.0% ABV. Funkwerks Tropic King is a stronger version of our award winning Saison. It bursts with tropical flavors from our use of New Zealand varietal hops."

North Carolina - Saison/ Farmhouse Ale - 6.6% ABV. Born as our Till saison, this sharp and effervescent ale was aged in single-use white wine barrels to mimic the flavors of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The barrels enhance its tangy tropical overtones, adding layers of wood and grass.

California - Saison/Farmhouse Ale - 6.0% ABV Our Belgian yeast strain produces fruity and spicy notes along with some tartness and is a strong attenuator. Saison is a very diverse style and we wanted a beer that was refreshing but still had a complex flavor profile.

California- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.8% ABV. Funkwerks Saison is a multiple Gold Medal winning brand from Funkwerks, with crisp, herbal aromas from our special house yeast. Enjoy!

Connecticut- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- Pours crystal clear and bright yellow glowing and clean. Mild, white head. Aroma is fruity and spicy. Tropical fruit and a sharp pepper note. Some hops as well. Taste has lemon, hay, straw, honey, and light pepper at the end.

California- Saison / Farmhouse Ale- 7.9% ABV. This is a rustic ale, pale in color, inspired by the rich brewing traditions of the Flanders region. Abundant hops and a Belgian yeast strain contribute exotic aromas of tropical fruit.

California- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.8% ABV. A special yeast strain gives our Saison a nice background of fruit and spice. Pilsen malt lends a soft dry mouthfeel with notes of bread crust and honey.

Oregon- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 9.5% ABV. A bit of an "imperial" Saison at this ABV. Aromas of fruit and spice on the nose, with bright citrus hops. Flavors of Belgian yeast phenols, fruit, and alcohol. Big-bodied and smooth.

CO- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 5.8% ABV. Pouring bright marigold, and using organic malts, our take on the classic Saison style expresses tangerine and bubble-gum like Belgian yeast esters in the aroma and flavors of grassy hops. Crisp and refreshing.

Washington- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 8% ABV. This amped up Imperial Saison has a blast of hops and CO2 that will hit your tongue with a bang. The aroma jumps out of the glass with it's earthly and herbal notes not far behind.

Tennessee- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.3% ABV. 31 IBUs. Pours a deep golden color. Aroma of fruity esters evoking citrus, along with earthy, floral Noble hop notes. Flavors of rustic grains and crisp acidity, with grass, citrus and peppery spice on the palate.

Texas- Farmhouse Ale- 5.4% ABV. In order to create Saison de Pasteque, fresh cut Texas waterlemons and barrel-fermented them with farmhouse sour hefeweizen, Blondine. The beer was pressed off the melon twice to extract the fresh, juicy flavors of the melon.

Maryland- Saison / Farmhouse Ale- 6.8% ABV. Pours a hazy orange-amber color with a generous white head. Spicy aromas with yeast notes, citrus zest and cloves grace the nose. Spicy flavors on the palate along with malt and hop character and a barnyard earthiness coming through. Crisp.

Missouri- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 5.2% ABV. In celebration of our 10th anniversary, we are collaborating with friends who inspire and challenge us to be better brewers. This collaboration is with Brasserie De La Senne.
