Sanitas Brewery Ale

CO- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 5.8% ABV. Pouring bright marigold, and using organic malts, our take on the classic Saison style expresses tangerine and bubble-gum like Belgian yeast esters in the aroma and flavors of grassy hops. Crisp and refreshing.

CO- IPA- 7.0% ABV. A definitive Colorado IPA. Gold in color with a harmony of ripe pineapple & dank, grassy hop undertones followed by a bold bitterness. A medley of organic malts provide a delicate sweetness and medium body.

Colorado- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 5.5% ABV. As a kettle sour, this brew has a simple tart flavor with slight acidity. The addition of all natural lemon and mixed berry puree gives this beer a bright, fruity aroma.

Colorado- Fruit Lambic. This style of beer features notes of Brettanomyces yeast with varying levels of acidity and sourness, often balanced with sweetness. Various fruits can be added. Please see package for more information.
