California- American Blonde Ale- 4Blonde Ale that is light bodied, delicate, and crisp. It has a slight fruity sweetness from fermentation up front, with a a very clean finish. Though it is very light in body, there is a subdued malt aroma with undercurrents of pear and green apple.

California- Hazy/New England-Style IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with much less bitterness than American IPAs, as well as a much hazier appearance.

California- American IPA- 7.0% ABV. It is 75 IBUs and has sweeter hop qualities of peach, mango, and tangelo that give way to a piney, earthy, zesty, bitter finish. The hops used are Citra, Simcoe, El Dorado, Sorachi Ace, and Summit
