Michigan - Made from the most pure of recipes: fresh pressed cider from estate grown apples & raw honey. Hand harvested and pressed to create the best possible combination of apple flavors for this mead. This cyser pairs deliciously with chicken & turkey dishes on a crisp fall day.

Michigan - The Statement is a balaton cherry mead made with the highest quality Traverse City balaton cherries, carefully selected honey and twenty years of experience. A natural complement to chocolate and sharp or blue cheeses, The Statement also pairs well with grilled pork.

Michigan - Honey sweetness is balanced by full ginger flavor with a touch of spiciness, making this mead a perfect choice to pair with spicy Indian, Ethiopian or Thai cuisine, grilled Korean mackerel or flavorful sushi and sashimi.

Michigan - Erik the Red is one of Ken Schramm's signature meads, a member of his original line-up. This bold blend of red raspberries and tart cherries has been refined and improved upon over decades of batches.

Michigan - This earthy, brightly acidic mead balances the lingering tartness of whole blackberries and carefully selected honey. Intensely fruity with balanced acidity, a complex flavor profile and an earthy aroma, this mead is reminiscent of picking fruit on a mid-summer day.

Michigan - This unique incarnation of The Statement is made with Lutowka Morello-type cherries from Poland. The taste is definitely cherry, but more focused, brighter and with a touch more acidity than our standard Balaton version.

Michigan - Schramm's Heritage Raspberry is a cousin to our standard Raspberry melomel, made exclusively with Heritage raspberries, the same variety used in Schramm's The Heart of Darkness.
