United States - Delaware - The most thirst-quenching beer we've brewed. A session sour combining a crisp Kölsch, salty Gose, and tart Berliner Weiss. Brewed with black limes, sour lime juice, and sea salt, it's a citrusy-tart flavor loved by beer, wine, and margarita drinkers. 4.9% ABV.

California- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 5.5% ABV. 45 IBUs. Bronze Medal 2014 & '16 GABF. Bursting with vibrant grapefruit aroma and flavors of citrus and tropical fruit. Dry-hopping delivers an incredibly drinkable, lower ABV beer; without sacrificing hop appeal.

Maine- American Pale Wheat Ale- Organic. "A traditional summer wheat beer marries a west coast Pale ale. Brewed with locally grown wheat, providing a complex mouthfeel, and single-hopped and generously dry-hopped with Amarillo, creating a glorious citrusy aroma and finish."

Delaware- American Wild Ale- 4.9% ABV. We begin by brewing a Kolsch with wheat & Munich Malt, then a salty Gose with black limes, coriander & sea salt, followed up with a citrusy-tart Berlinerweiss made with lime juice & lime peel. All three beers are then blended together = SeaQuench!

United States - Nebraska - This American red ale is well balanced with a nice malt profile and slight hop note. This beer has flavors of toasted bread and toffee, aromas of grains and nuts and finishes crisp and dry.

United States - Texas - Floaty embodies everything that is good and right with the IPA world today. Combining all of the tropical and fruit forward flavors of a fully hopped hazy IPA with the crispness and drinkability of a lighter session ale.

United States - Minnesota - Brewed with Minnesota pale, malted wheat, and oats to provide a full body; then hopped with Citra and El Dorado for ripe pineapple, citrus, and stone fruit vibes! Comedian Chad Daniels actually came up to Hallock, MN and brewed it with us!
