Vermont- Apple Cider- 5.5% ABV. Dry is a shape-shifter - equally at home at an upscale meal as it is in your cooler. The secret to its success is our slow, cool fermentation and the blend of apples: Cider-specific varieties make for a dry, refreshing and complex cider.

Vermont- Apple Cider- 4.8% ABV. Dry cider aged in WhistlePig Farm stock barrels. The cider is ultra clean and crisp and we've really tried to pull forward the rye aromatics. We hope you enjoy!

Vermont- Apple Cider- 5.5% ABV. When we set out to make a rose cider, we knew we wanted to pay homage to our friends in the winemaking world. Shacksbury Rose earns its color from aging on Syrah and Zinfandel grape skins, which brings added tannin and flavor to this cider.

Vermont - Apple Cider- 6.0% ABV. The Vermonter is a dry, gin botanical cider made by slowly fermenting apples and adding juniper berries. The resulting cider is homegrown but refined, with a taste of alpine meadows, spring wildflowers, and the Green Mountains themselves.

Vermont- Other Fruit Cider- 3.8% ABV. A dry refreshing cider with low sugar (3g). It is light and vibrant with a citrus nose. A Gluten free product made from 100% fresh Vermont apples.

Vermont- Apple Cider- 4.9% ABV. Aged in Whistle Pig Vermont white oak barrels, used to age their Farm Stock whiskey. The resulting Lo-Ball is easygoing with fresh apple flavor complimented by the dry, spicy character you would expect from rye barrels.

United States - Vermont - We spend the fall searching for wild apple trees producing remarkable fruit that cries out to be turned into cider which we harvest by hand and take home to the cidery.
