Mead

Finger Lakes, New York- Clear golden appearance. Hints of apple on the nose, with delicate flavors of apple and grape. It's fairly light on the tongue given its sweetness, and finishes smooth.

California- Made from three types of honey - orange blossom, alfalfa and sage honey, each bringing unique characteristics to the sweet mead flavor. Serve chilled or heated with spices.

California- This wine is a blend of our CHAUCER’S Mead and a small portion of our Raspberry Wine. A blend of fruit such as raspberry is known as Melomel. This blend of fruit and honey has been enjoyed for centuries.

Indiana- A lighter style mead with honey and floral aromas and flavors with a hint of acidity. Made from pure honey, it is delightful served chilled with fruit and light cheeses.

Denmark- This artisan metheglin-style Danish mead has hibiscus and hops, which give it a soft, citrus-like flavor and very floral aroma. Its finish is hoppy-dry, spicy, and very warming.

Washington State- Sky River Semi-Sweet Mead has hints of pear and a crisp finish. Served well-chilled, this Semi-Sweet Mead delicately offsets the exotic notes of sesame and ginger in Pan-Asian cuisine. Sky River brings the age-old art of making mead into the twenty-first century.

New Hampshire- Mead- 14.0% ABV. A menage a trois between orange blossom honey, rhubarb & strawberries. Tease your senses with this balanced yet complex array of flavors. This semi-sweet & tart Strawberry Rhubarb Mead goes great with a wide variety of dishes, such as goat cheese salad.
