Sour Beers

California- Gose- 4.2% ABV. Tropical flavors are introduced in the fermentation process through the use of real guava and passion fruit. Leaving the beer hazy resulted in a more aromatic beer and added to the overall balance of the beverage. Hops: Chinook

California- Fruit Beer- 5.5% ABV. This slightly sour wild little thing has just the right smack of tartness for serious refreshment, while guava, hibiscus and strawberry lend fruity-sweet depth and a bright pop of color.

United States - Delaware - The most thirst-quenching beer we've brewed. A session sour combining a crisp Kölsch, salty Gose, and tart Berliner Weiss. Brewed with black limes, sour lime juice, and sea salt, it's a citrusy-tart flavor loved by beer, wine, and margarita drinkers. 4.9% ABV.

Illinois- Gose- Pale Golden color. Flavor and aroma contributed by wild yeasts and bacteria in the fermentation, presenting a lactic acid character of sharp, refreshing sourness, with subtle hop character. Citrusy, lemony notes along with coriander and sea salt minerality.

United States - Georgia - Watermelon Gose is a traditional German style beer brewed with sea salt and coriander. Tart and refreshing, our Gose is sure to blow any picnic out of the water...melon!!!

Missouri- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 8.0% ABV. Pours a hazy golden yellow color. An inviting aroma of citrus fruit, black pepper, sweet grains, Belgian yeast & light hops. Tastes of lemon, sweet malts, grassy hops, black pepper, yeast & clove with a bitter finish.

Pennsylvania- American Wild Ale- 9.5% ABV. Born from the same imported malts, Belgian yeast, and a mix of magical spices, this monkey decided to take a walk on the tangy side. With a swirling citrusy, lemon bit and a delectable essence, you better pucker up and respect this monkey.

Oregon- American Wild Ale- 5% ABV. The flavor is like biting into a crisp baby cucumber fresh from the garden. Just when you have had enough the tartness acts as a pallet cleanser leaving you ready for the next sip. Eat Beer!

Utah- American IPA- 4.5% ABV. Fresh, kettle soured, India Pale Ale with bright notes of grapefruit, agave, tangerine and passion fruit. Normally sour and India Pale Ale would be contradictory terms because the flavor combinations can be tough to bring together in just the right way.
