Best American Sour Beers

Missouri- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 8.0% ABV. Pours a hazy golden yellow color. An inviting aroma of citrus fruit, black pepper, sweet grains, Belgian yeast & light hops. Tastes of lemon, sweet malts, grassy hops, black pepper, yeast & clove with a bitter finish.

United States - Delaware - The most thirst-quenching beer we've brewed. A session sour combining a crisp Kölsch, salty Gose, and tart Berliner Weiss. Brewed with black limes, sour lime juice, and sea salt, it's a citrusy-tart flavor loved by beer, wine, and margarita drinkers. 4.9% ABV.

Utah- American IPA- 4.5% ABV. Fresh, kettle soured, India Pale Ale with bright notes of grapefruit, agave, tangerine and passion fruit. Normally sour and India Pale Ale would be contradictory terms because the flavor combinations can be tough to bring together in just the right way.

Pennsylvania- American Wild Ale- 9.5% ABV. Born from the same imported malts, Belgian yeast, and a mix of magical spices, this monkey decided to take a walk on the tangy side. With a swirling citrusy, lemon bit and a delectable essence, you better pucker up and respect this monkey.

South Carolina - American WIld Ale - 6.5% ABV. Our series of fruited American Sour Ales come from a love of fresh fruit flavors combined with mouth-watering acidity. We hope you enjoy!

Belgium- Lambic-Fruit- 2.5% ABV. This lambic is deep red with a medium body. It has medium sweetness and is reminiscent of raspberries, sweet herbs, and yeast. Zippy acidity balances out the sweetness to provide a harmonious finish.

Oregon- American Wild Ale- 5% ABV. The flavor is like biting into a crisp baby cucumber fresh from the garden. Just when you have had enough the tartness acts as a pallet cleanser leaving you ready for the next sip. Eat Beer!

New York- American Wild Ale- 5.8% ABV. A jolt of tartness up front opens to tropical fruit, courtesy of our lacto, our ale yeast, and Amarillo dry-hopping. Soft barley and wheat malts keep things dry and refreshing, and the whole thing comes together to close with a fine dry finish.
