Canada- Boasting a complexity of scents and flavors. Multi layered aroma of grains, floral and perfumes lead into an intricate palate of sweet vanilla, pepper and ginger spice. Perfumed finish is slow and long.

KY, USA- Finished in Caribbean rum casks that result in a reddish amber pour with aromas of sweet butterscotch and toasted notes of vanilla that mingle well with hints of spice, dark fruits and sherry that lead into buttery rum flavors with some raisin and cherry in the background.

Tennessee - Breaking with tradition, this Straight Rye Whiskey is finished in toasted oak cigar barrels, 3 year air-dried in the low-lying mountainous region of Vosges, France. This proprietary finishing process results in a smoother, more approachable rye with notes of orange peel.

Wyoming- Outryder is Wyoming Whiskey's first whiskey with a rye element. It was laid down late in 2011 and has matured to produce a truly robust, but smooth sipping whiskey. It is bottled in bond and all grains are non-GMO and grown near our distillery.
