United States - Nebraska - 50% - Crafted from 100% Nebraska corn and aged at least 4 years, Nebraska Bottled in Bond Bourbon honors the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897. Bottled at 100 proof, it offers a balanced, sweet nose, a smooth caramel sugar palate, and a clean, medium finish.

United States - 50% - The Savidge - Their Nebraska Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in winter beer ale casks. The result is a spirit that boasts an intense and unique profile. The pallet is creamy and sweet with hints of vanilla, warm comfort, and a subtle hint of earthiness.

United States - Nebraska - 50% - Their 4-Grain Bourbon is made from 65% Corn, 15% Malted Barley, 10% Wheat, and 10% Rye. Aged in virgin oak barrels for at least 4 years and produced entirely at our distillery. Offering a beautiful nose with a bouquet of honey, caramel, and spice.

United States - Nebraska - Their Lincoln Straight Bourbon is a 4-Grain Bourbon utilizing corn, rye, wheat, & malted barely and aged a minimum of 2 years in a new charred and toasted oak barrels. The color is deep copper with a nose of candied fruit and vanilla.

United States - Nebraska - This is a 2-year-old bourbon coming in as a single barrel and at barrel strength. Sweet on the nose with the 100% corn mash and, while there is heat due to the proof, a refreshingly smooth pallet and finish with hints of creamy caramel, honey and vanilla.
