Scotland - 0.000% - Nose: Intriguing mix of figs, dates, dried red fruits, roasted nuts, sweet spices like cinnamon, clove. Palate: Full-bodied, rich w/ flavors of red fruit, fruitcake, orange peel, dark chocolate. Finish: Warming and long, with lingering spice (black pepper, ginger)

Scotland - 65% - Glenlivet 2007 1st fill sherry butts. Every bottle of Signatory has characteristics that resemble the unique flavor, color and age profile of a single cask.

Scotland - Speyside - 67% - 10 years aged on Sherry casks. On the nose, raisins, rum soaked cherries, tobacco, cloves and cocoa. Tastes of pecan, sherry wood, pepper and leather. Long, toasted toffee finish with spices.

Scotland- Signatory Vintage, Benrinnes, 1996 aged 22 years, Cask Strength, Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Distilled 10/28/1996, Bottled 10/15/2019. Matured in a 1st Use Hogshead cask, yield of 268 bottles.

Scotland - 57% - Caol Ila was founded to the North of Islay in 1846 by Hector Henderson. The whisky distillery was sold to Norman Buchanan in 1852 and then Distillers Company Ltd acquired Caol Ila and the distillery was transferred to Scottish Malt Distillers.

Scotland - Speyside - 60% - Lovely, delicate nose reveals aromas of vanilla, creme brulee, pear and almond. A creamy rounded taste with flavors of ripe banana, pepper, spice and lemon peel. A warm, long finish of fruity honey ginger.

Scotland - Lowland - 54.9% - On the nose, summer fruits and fresh vanilla, with crushed almonds and buttered scones. A touch of floral orchard honey arrives alongside wood and maple syrup. On the finish, root ginger mellowed by vanilla, flaked coconut and berries.

Scotland - Islay & Islands - 57% - This Signatory release is a 15 year Caol Ila Scotch barrel bottled exclusively for Total Wine & More. This barrel was hand selected by the Washington State team for the market

Scotland - 43% - The Glenlivet distillery is a distillery near Ballindalloch in Moray, Scotland that produces single malt Scotch whisky. It is the oldest legal distillery in the parish of Glenlivet, and the production place of the Scottish whisky of the same name.
