Scotland - 0.000% - Nose: Intriguing mix of figs, dates, dried red fruits, roasted nuts, sweet spices like cinnamon, clove. Palate: Full-bodied, rich w/ flavors of red fruit, fruitcake, orange peel, dark chocolate. Finish: Warming and long, with lingering spice (black pepper, ginger)

Scotland - 57% - Caol Ila was founded to the North of Islay in 1846 by Hector Henderson. The whisky distillery was sold to Norman Buchanan in 1852 and then Distillers Company Ltd acquired Caol Ila and the distillery was transferred to Scottish Malt Distillers.

Scotland- Bright, star fruit and tutti-frutti on the nose. Fruit concentrates, malt and mild oak on the pallet with notes of Turkish Pepper candies. Fruit notes ramp up into the finish and provide a slight tartness. Strawberry. Malt. Good spices.

Scotland- Classic Caol Ila with a bit of extra iodine influence. Pork fat and sizzling bacon. Menthol or mint. Burnt cannabis. Mildly smoky with a rich, peaty profile. On the finish, notes of bittersweet chocolate, kelp, coast. Wispy, light smoke. 60.4% ABV

Scotland- Notes of champagne, apples, tea biscuits. Dark, overripe orchard fruits. Very malt driven on the palate; bready and fruity with a dash of spice. Musty, with nice spiced notes on the finish. Golden Delicious apples. Hints of grassiness towards the end. 57.7% ABV.

Scotland - Islay & Islands - 58.2% - Aged 15 years in Oloroso Sherry casks, resulting in a beautiful mahogany color. On the nose, moderate smoke, licorice and sandalwood. Creamy, round mouthfeel with caramel and chocolate notes. Finish is warm, woody and spicy.

Scotland- On the nose, the most prevalent notes are floral and oak. Aromatic and clean. Peaches and cream on the palate. Slightly floral, then leans into more fruit tones than floral notes, inverting the experience on the nose.

Scotland- Signatory Vintage, Benrinnes, 1996 aged 22 years, Cask Strength, Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Distilled 10/28/1996, Bottled 10/15/2019. Matured in a 1st Use Hogshead cask, yield of 268 bottles.

Scotland- Signatory Vintage, Caol Ila, 2007 Aged 12yr, Cask Strength, Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Distilled 04/18/2207, Bottled 10/15/2019. Matured in a Hogshead cask yield of 245 bottles.

Scotland - Islay & Islands - 57% - This Signatory release is a 15 year Caol Ila Scotch barrel bottled exclusively for Total Wine & More. This barrel was hand selected by the Washington State team for the market

Scotland - Speyside - 60% - Lovely, delicate nose reveals aromas of vanilla, creme brulee, pear and almond. A creamy rounded taste with flavors of ripe banana, pepper, spice and lemon peel. A warm, long finish of fruity honey ginger.

Scotland- Honey and apple cider on the nose. Yeast notes come and go with hints of fig as well. Concentrated flavors on the palate. Bready at first, then the second sip is more spiced and floral. Hot on the palate, with good acidity. The finish reveals musty apple earthiness.
