Snoqualmie Ale

Washington- American Pale Wheat Ale- Haystack is a classic wheat beer crafted from 60% malted wheat with 2-Row Pale & Vienna malts. German Spalt hops & Northwest yeast is also used. This beer has a spicy, citrusy aroma leading into a clean, mellow flavor of spice, citrus & yeast.

Washington- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 6.6% ABV. Wildcat is a balanced, Northwest-style hop monster with big, bold hop flavors from 100% Yakima-grown Columbus hops. Four varieties of malts and additions of top-fermenting ale yeast help balance the strong hop flavors.
