Oregon- American Amber / Red Ale- GABF Gold Medal 2008. A rich, flavorful Amber that's smooth and easy to drink. The velvet texture is from using Honey malt and a touch of milk sugar. The Alchemy bittering hops provide soft bitterness. Simcoe hops add unique hop flavor and aroma.

Belgium- Belgian Strong Dark Ale- 10% ABV. Pours a reddish-brown color. Big malt sweetness on the nose, with brown sugars and spice. Flavor profile of big malts, dark fruits, soft spices and yeast, balanced by warming alcohol and mild hop bitterness. Heavy-bodied, but crisp up front.
