Sour Tangerine Ale

Mississippi - American Wild Ale - 6.0% ABV.This sour is brewed with a clean lactic acid fermentation. The addition of tangerine juice in fermentation brings out the tart while keeping the beer dry and refreshing.

United States - South Carolina - A kettle sour ale fermented with tangerines. This sour ale is first soured with lactobacillus brevis and plantarum to create classic tart flavors, then fermented with our house lager yeast. The twist of citrus shines bright!

Texas- Gose- 7.5% ABV. Citrus fruits add brightness and light throughout the changing seasons. Our tangerine cheesecake fruited sour is loaded with bright tangerine citrus, and lactose to give it extra creaminess.

Massachusetts- Gose- 5.6% ABV. Infused with tangerine puree to provide tastes and aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Mandarina Bavaria hops and coriander accentuate the citrus notes while sea salt contrasts the sweetness and enhances the tart, refreshing qualities.

North Carolina- Berliner Weissbier- 5.5% ABV. This Sour Smoothie gets a ridiculous amount of tangerine, peach, passionfruit, and lactose creating an over the top fruited sour wheat beer. Enjoy this citrusy sour sipper for its mega-fruitiness, balanced sourness, and refreshing finish.
