Belgium- Gueuze- SOUR ALE. "Golden-blond, unfiltered, unsweetened. An extremely pure beer with a long history. A humble nose with a lot of fruit, dominated by young sour apples. An extremely dry aftertaste, which immediately demands another sip. A delicious thirst-quencher."

Missouri- Irish Red Ale- 5.3% ABV. Brewed right here in St. Louis, MO this a traditional red ale brewed with rye (dry, spicy) and small amounts of Chinook and CTZ hops (piney,earthy, balanced). It's like drinking your Irish grandma's homemade soda bread, except better.

United States - Illinois - Collaboration with our pals from Little Lager in St. Louis! Brewed with Rahr Old World Pilsner Malt, Rice, and CaraPils, “Trash Bears” is an unfiltered Cold IPA with Columbus, Citra, and Mosaic.

Wyoming- Gose- 5.0% ABV. 2021 brought the return of our Boil Rumble homebrew competition, and the crown is now worn by the team from St. Louis Brews. Enjoy this drinkable, tart wheat ale made with copious amounts of raspberry and a touch of salt for balance.

Belgium- Quadrupel- 11.0% ABV. RaspBarista by Kasteel is a blend of the original Barista Chocolate Quad and St. Louis Framboise. The tartness of the raspberries (framboise) contrasts with bitter-dark chocolate notes in the beer.
