Australia - 50% - 100 Proof is a robust, single malt whisky that is fully matured in American oak red wine barrels and bottled at 50% abv. Championing Australian ingredients, 100 Proof is full-bodied and decadent, featuring notes of juicy plum, ganache and sweet vanilla.

Australia - 41% - Nova, their signature single malt whisky, is fully matured in locally sourced Australian red wine barrels. Still wet from the vineyards, they fill them with their "new make" spirit allowing their whisky to develop notes of red berries, chocolate, and soft oak spice

Australia - 48% - In a global first for Starward, they sourced barrels from world famous Lagavulin Distillery, still soaked in their distinctive Islay malt, and rested a finished red wine barrel aged whisky for a further 18 months. Tropical fruit collides with smokiness.

Australia- This single malt whisky is matured in Australian red wine barrels for 2 years. Light and fruity with notes of berries and flowers. Tart tasting with a long finish. Savor neat or in a cocktail.

Australia - 43% - Aged in Australian Apera barrels and crafted using the traditional solera process, there is still a touch of their very first cask in every bottle. This whisky offers a rich blend of fig and caramel with a lingering dry spice.
