New Mexico - Pumpkin Ale - 7.5% ABV. New Mexico - Our take on this reboot of a historic American style is brewed with local Schwebach Farms pumpkins that were roasted right in our kitchen.

New Mexico- American IPA- 7.0% ABV. A light, copper colored ale that boasts aromas of orange and pine with ripe peach and apricot atop toasted sugar and bread crust. We hope you enjoy!

New Mexico- Kolsch. This style of beer generally offers malt-forward flavor and aroma in a refreshing low abv beer. These beers can be fruited or dry-hopped. Please see package for more information.

United States - New Mexico - Steel Bender's popular Red Iron Red has been rebranded to call it what it is... a DOUBLE RED IPA. Resinous, woody & bready notes balanced with citrusy hops and a touch of toasted caramel.

New Mexico- Hazy/New England-Style IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with much less bitterness than American IPAs, as well as a much hazier appearance.

New Mexico- Hefeweizen- 5.5% ABV. With a grist of wheat, acidulated, and pilsner malts, a scant handful of Germ Hersbrucker hops, and an expressive yeast, this Hefeweizen is packed with flavor, balanced, and easy to drink.

United States - New Mexico - Intended as a one-off taproom special for the hop heads. But it was such a hit in the taproom, we brewed it again for it to take 2nd place in the 2023 New Mexico IPA challenge.

United States - New Mexico - Just like every flavor in this popular kettle-sour series, Pineapple Dynamite began with a wheat heavy grain bill, which we ran off and kettle soured before boiling with lactose.

New Mexico- Gose- 5.8% ABV. Inspired by the Napoleon. Not the famously undersized general, but rather, the flaky, cream-filled pastry. Fruit-forward raspberry aroma, striking color, and a sweet/tart finish.
