New Mexico- Hazy/New England-Style IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with much less bitterness than American IPAs, as well as a much hazier appearance.
New Mexico- Hefeweizen- 5.5% ABV. With a grist of wheat, acidulated, and pilsner malts, a scant handful of Germ Hersbrucker hops, and an expressive yeast, this Hefeweizen is packed with flavor, balanced, and easy to drink.
