Steel String Ale

United States - North Carolina - Based on Great-Grandmas Plum Sauce recipe, this festive beer we brew every Thanksgiving. It is made with Plum, Cinnamon, Clove and Allspice.

North Carolina- American IPA- 5.5% ABV. IPA with Wakatu and Citra Cry Hops Citrusy IPA wiht a slight hop bite. Steel String adopts modern American brewing styles and techniques into something that is uniquely North Carolinian.

North Carolina- American Double/Imperial IPA- 8.3% ABV. Its elevated ABV is well disguised by the burst of juicy grapefruit and tropical notes from the dry hop. Crystal, Idaho 7, Citra and Azacca Cryo Hops

North Carolina- American Stout- 6.3% ABV. Here be a rich, roasty coffee stout, filled with craft roasted and caramel malts and luxurious coffee from Carrboro Coffee Roasters.
