Stellum Bourbon

United States - 58.66% - Red Fox Sparrow is designed around a unique group of barrels aged in the North, then brought home to their Kentucky lab for blending. Bottled at cask strength.

Kentucky- From Barrell Craft Spiris, Stellum Bourbon is a blend of three Indiana Bourbon mash bills, two of which are high-rye and one almost exclusively corn. Older barrels from KY & TN are folded in slowly through a multi-step blending process that adds layers of depth and complexity.

Kentucky- From Barrell Craft Spirits...Stellum Single Barrel Bourbon was distilled in Indiana and bottled at cask strength at our Kentucky distillery. These are intense, complex bourbons that taste exactly the same for you out of the bottle as they did for us out of the barrel.

Kentucky- Stellum Black Bourbon is the next step in Stellum Bourbon's evolution. We incorporated reserve barrels from our stocks (placing a heavier emphasis on older barrels) with the original Stellum Bourbon blend, creating a bourbon that is robustly flavorful and profoundly complex.

Comet Rising is an inaugural release of the Stellum Black custom blend series. It is named for Borrelly's Comet, which was visible in February 2022, when this blend was created.

United States - 57.76% - This limited-edition bourbon is warm and oak driven- made in preparation for winter, inspired by the Hunter’s Moon of October. It is marked by a high rye spice and a robust woodiness meant for the time of year when days get shorter and the nights get longer.

Kentucky- A blend of 4-16 year old bourbons from KY, IN and TN. Tropical notes of jasmine and grapefruit with more fruit-forward notes of bruleed orange and dried apricot. Richly tannic with cinnamon spice and a dark chocolate finish. The multi-step blending process really shines.

United States - 56.65% - This Single Bourbon Barrel was hand selected for Total Wine and More by James Ward. Each single barrel is a true single barrel, bottled at cask strength without blending with any other barrels. 75% Corn/21% Rye/4% Barley Malt
