Kentucky- From Barrell Craft Spiris, Stellum Bourbon is a blend of three Indiana Bourbon mash bills, two of which are high-rye and one almost exclusively corn. Older barrels from KY & TN are folded in slowly through a multi-step blending process that adds layers of depth and complexity.

Kentucky- From Barrell Craft Spirits, Stellum Rye is rooted in a tried & true 95% Rye Indiana mash bill. To enhance this classic style, we incorporate small amounts of barley-forward rye and choice barrels from KY & TN. The result is full, round & spicy with a flash of buttery sweetness

Kentucky- Stellum Black Rye is an evolution of Stellum Rye's flavor profile: Stellum Rye in hi-def. We used a meticulous blending approach to layer older reserve barrels into the original Stellum Rye blend. The result is a cask-strength combination of iconic rye spice & deep complexity.

United States - 57.67% - This savory and delicate rye blend is defined by notes of dried herbs and pine, with a hint of salt-air salinity. It’s named for one of the world’s most famous trees, found on the picturesque coast of the Monterey Peninsula.

Kentucky- A blend of 4-10 year old ryes from KY, IN and TN, bottled at cask strength (115.12 proof). Our highlight is the milk-chocolate note on the mid palate that tapers off into a really pleasant and sweet finish. Full proof Rye that is intensely flavorful.
