Straight Whiskey

Minnesota- Named after the infamous Kensington Runestone, this straight rye was developed for whiskey aficionados and hardcore rye lovers. With a mash bill of 86 percent Minnesota rye and 14 percent malted rye, and aged over two years in barrel. Non-chill filtered.

Kentucky- James E Pepper 1776 Straight Rye Sherry Cask is an unfiltered whiskey bottled at 92 proof after aging in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. This whiskey is rich in flavor with subtle complexity highlighting notes of chocolate, raisins, fruitcake, and rye spice.

IN, USA- Bone Snapper Rye Whiskey is a straight-forward rye made in Indiana. It is distilled from a mash of limestone-filtered water drawn from the deep aquifers underneath Southern Indiana. It is put into barrel at just under 120 proof and aged for 24 months in new American oak barrel.
