Washington - Columbia Valley - An incredibly unique offering from Columbia Valley Washington. With Chalky soils and climate like Burgundy it is no surprise that WA can make amazing Pinot Noir like those from Oregon.

California - Housed in eco-friendly packaging, this is a wine of substance, with flavors of blackberry ganache and blue flowers. Held up by supple tannins and a fine acid structure, the silky mouthfeel is as impressive as the liquid itself.

2nd Growth, Margaux, Bordeaux-This has a great depth of fruit on the nose, dark and intense, with sweetly creamed fruit. On the palate a fine clarity of flavour follows, with a well-polished substance, grippy tannins with a velvety edge and moderate acidity. Intense but well integrated.

Calatayud, Aragon, Spain- Wonderfully perfumed aromas of dark berries, smoke, and cigar box. Firm tannins provide a solid structure and chewy texture. The complex flavors of violets, dark fruit, tobacco, and flowers offer excellent substance, making this wine a great value.

Colchagua Valley, Rapel Valley, Chile - The wine has a very good attack, good substance and balanced concentration and acidity, with very round, silky and fine tannins offering a velvety mouthfeel.

St. Emilion, Bordeaux, France- "Good substance and structure here, but the acidity is quite pronounced at the finish, where it's slightly sharp. A blend of 85 per cent merlot, ten per cent cabernet franc and five per cent cabernet sauvignon."

Brouilly, France - This Brouilly has a brilliant ruby color with purplish tints, and offers aromas of raspberries, Morello cherries, and blackcurrants. Clean tasting with plenty of fruit flavors. The tannins are fine and elegant. Good balance between fruit and substance.
