Syrah Red Wine

Nimes, France - Inspired by the northern Rhone crus, this Syrah is blended with a touch of whole-cluster Mourvedre to create a seductive and elegant wine. Notes of violet, red berries, and bacon along with a rich mouthfeel make this wine a perfect match for BBQ or spicy cuisines.

France- This wine has a nice dark color. It exhales delicious scents of blackberry and raspberry enhanced by hints of spices. It is rich, complex and long on the palate. Its rich and complex aromas will perfectly match grilled lamb with herbs, pate, cheese and chocolate desserts.

Washington- Aromas of warm cherry bonbon, blackberry, mocha, anise, pistachio toffee, and delicate herbal bark follow through on a silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with a soft, even balance and hint of twig. Finishes with a cedar, white pepper, and vanilla accented fade.

Tuscany, Italy- A deep red, veined with an almost eggplant-dark purple, greets the eye. The nose releases a wide range of rich fragrances, both spicy and floral, with subtle notes of fruit. The palate exhibits appreciable but balanced power, crowned with a lengthy finish.

California- Aromas of fresh baked blueberry pie with flavors that are rich and silky, with mouth-filling fruitiness that suggests pomegranates and plums. It is highly extracted and extremely well-structured, with multi-layered flavors and a long lingering finish. Sustainably farmed.

Paso Robles, CA - "...this is a lush expression that starts with aromas of black cherry, fudge and caramel, but is balanced by fresh violet and cracked pepper. Firm but forgiving tannins and persistent acidity deliver flavors of mocha, cappuccino and black cherry on the palate."

Washington - Columbia Valley - Red Mountain - Aromas of coffee, fruit, and chocolate, are followed by fairly ripe fruit flavors, and strong tannins that soften as it ages. This wine pairs well with beef & venison.

Progreso, Uruguay - This blend has dark purple color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of licorice followed by the spices of cinnamon, black pepper and subtle floral overtones. On the palate, plums, blueberries and dark cherries are prominent. Finely tailored tannins and balanced finish.

Washington - Columbia Valley - Dossier was founded by former Seahawk, Sidney Rice, w/ business partner, Tim Lenihan, & proudly made in Walla Walla, WA. The 2022 Syrah is from Red Mountain, Royal Slope & Rocks District. Rich notes of blackberry, minerals, bacon fat & Asian spices.
