Tannin Wine

Aromas are of black roasted fruits, cassis, sun baked rocks with hints of soy, and caramelized orange. Full of sweet ripe cherries supported by very present yet soft tannins leading the path to a long pleasant finish.

Israel - Dark crimson color with scents of black cherry and black pepper with a hint of iodine. With aromas of cherry, raspberry, chocolate, and a last splash of cranberry, there is a beautiful interaction between silky tannins and powerful acidity.
