Texas Beer Ale

Texas- American IPA- 8.5% ABV. Akin to the Jubjub bird and Bandersnatch, the Jabberwocky is strong, intimidating, and to be feared. However, once slain with a vorpal sword, it becomes an enticing well-balanced Imperial IPA. Hast thou slain the Jabberwock?

Texas- American IPA- 6.9% ABV. Entropic IPA is a Mosaic Simcoe IPA, brewed with the Texas heat in mind. This hop build lends a tropical mango papaya nose and ripe berries on the palate.

United States - Texas - Light-orange in color with a fluffy white head. A heavy-handed dry hop of classic American hops provides a blend of stone fruit, pine, and dank aromas. Finishes with a mild drying mouthfeel and a sharp, lingering bitterness.  

Texas- American Amber/Red Lager- Amber in color. Mild, balanced notes of caramel sweetness on the palate with hop bitterness keeping things in check. Easy drinking and goes down nicely in the heat.

Texas- American IPA- 6.9% ABV. If you're not a hop that's from the West Coast you're not invited to this party. Columbus, Cascade, and Centennial are used throughout. Lingering bitter notes are complemented by classic West Coast floral and citrus aromas.

Texas- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 6.6% ABV. FULL FLAVOR WITH A "JUICY" FRESH CITRUS PROFILE. DC BREWED WITH AMPLE AMOUNTS OF HOPS AND MILDLY FILTERED FOR AN INTENSE HAZY EXPERIENCE.

United States - Texas - A straight up West Coast IPA, made with Amarillo and Chinook hops. Ocho packs a big punch of flavors and aromas, including citrus, tropical, floral, and earthy notes.

United States - Texas - Brash is known for our aggressive, over the top IPAs and this one is no exception. Hopped with Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Falconer's Flight, grapefruit, pine resin, and citrus flavors are present with a dry, clean and bitter finish.

Texas- Kolsch- 5.3% ABV. A truly German style keller pils brewed with Heirloom pilsner malt and Loral hops, giving it beautiful herbal and floral hop characteristics and a nice soft mouthfeel.

United States - Texas - Wicked Haze. Double Hazy IPA. Featuring Idaho 7 cryo hops. Brewed with cactus water. Full-bodied, yet soft, intense hop aroma. 9.5% ABV / 50 IBU. Cheers!

United States - Texas - Our juicy double IPA is crafted with premium Citra, Simcoe, and Nectaron hops. After adding a ridiculous amount of malt, we dry hop with even more Citra and a special Nectaron hop blend. Piney, citrusy, and bold. Enjoy!

Texas- American Blonde Ale- "A rich, creamy golden colored ale fermented at a cool temperature to give a clean finish. Hints of yeasty bread and a touch of hops combine to make a beer that is truly more than the sum of its parts."

United States - Wisconsin - big beer with a big name. This stout is rich and creamy thanks to the addition of milk sugar. It is brewed with chocolate malt and has a heavy dose of cocoa nibs for a chocolate finish and rich aroma.
