Texas Beer Ale

Texas- Belgian Strong Dark Ale- 8.0% ABV. Belgian Strong Dark Ale brewed with Muscovado Sugar. Slightly sweet with a nice caramel balance. Brewed in honor the classic Belgian brewing tradition.

United States - Texas - Queens Order is a naturally conditioned farmhouse ale with tallow honey and dried lemon peel. This particular example is dry, drinkable, flavorful, and pairs well with Texas weather.

Texas- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.6% ABV. Citrus Froot Direct is a triple dry hopped Farmhouse IPA with Texas Dancy Mandarins and Hamlin Oranges. Has notes of Orangina, mimosa, honeysuckle, orange blossom perfume, Painkiller cocktail, and Lacto-fermented orange marmalade.

Texas- American Amber/Red Ale- 5.0% ABV. Brewnette is a light summer seasonal Amber Ale. Toasty, with notes of caramel, and a biscuity bite. A pleasant aroma of nutty malts and light hops.

Texas- English Pale Ale- 6.0% ABV. Our Peanut Butter Crunch Cream Ale is loaded with sweet & nutty peanuts & your favorite old school cereal treat. A biscuity malt base allows the rich peanut butter flavor.

Texas- Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy- 8.0% ABV. GABF Silver Medal 2012. This dark Scottish ale has a bold taste dominated by smooth, sweet malts & a low hoppy bitterness. Bold, roasted flavors include chocolaty malts, sweet toffee, caramel, bitter coffee & a light, herbal hop bitterness.
