Texas Keeper Cider

Texas-Apple Cider-7.6% ABV. Texas Keeper No. 1 is a blend of five apples fermented individually and blended to craft a well-balanced, highly drinkable dry cider with notes of peach, pear, tropical fruit, light green apple, and a crisp lingering acidity.

Texas-Apple Cider-8.6% ABV. Strong lemon and lime flavors with a hint of watermelon on the finish and slightly higher residual sugar to balance the fruit's natural acidity. Perfect for pairing with a variety of cheeses and desserts.

United States - Texas - Honey Thief was made from apples double-fermented with local wildflower honey. The result is a brilliant combination of orange blossom, honeysuckle and nectarine. The cyser was delicately back-sweetened with the same honey adding a silkiness to the finish.

Texas- Apple Cider. This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle sour cherry to create a crisp fall taste The fresh apple and cherry aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

Texas - Apple Cider - 8.1% ABV. For this year's Rose we combined Rome Beauty apples with Texas grown red wine grapes. The result is a beautifully rounded cider with notes of strawberry, peaches and cream, with a hint of spice and plum on the nose, and a crisp apple finish.

Texas- Other Fruit Cider. While hard ciders are primarily made with apples, other fruits are occasionally added to hard apple ciders in order to provide additional flavors, colors, and aromas. Please see package for more information.
