The Duck-rabbit Ale

North Carolina- American Brown Ale- 5.6% ABV. An American-style brown ale, brewed with loads of hops from start to finish (it's hoppy and beautifully bitter). Amarillo hops in the boil provide a spicy citrusy bitterness. Saaz dry hops in the fermentor provide a refined flowery aroma.

United States - North Carolina - We Combined the wonderful caramel palate of our Wee Heavy Scotch Ale with the fresh sweet flavor of blueberries. Just a little silly, maybe slightly wacky but seriously delicious: It's wee Dafty Scotch Ale!

North Carolina- Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy- 8% ABV. Silver Medal GABF 2017. This ale pours a nice amber color with a nose full of malty aromas. The malts provide some sweetness with toffee nuances and hints of peat with a slight presence of hops on the finish.

North Carolina- American Amber / Red Ale- 5.5% ABV. Pours a lovely tawny copper or bronze color. This brew emphasizes malt complexity with layered caramel malt flavors. Hops keep the malts from becoming cloying for a very enjoyable beer.

NC- American Barley Wine- 11.0% ABV. The Duck-Rabbit Barleywine is the hoppiest of all the Duck-Rabbit brews. Crafted the way brewers in Farmville have always done. Loads of Amarillo hops give a piney citrusy bitterness that’s supported beautifully by a toffee malt backbone.

NC- Milk/Sweet Stout- 5.7% ABV. Because we really like you, we added Ghanaian cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans to our beloved Milk Stout. We find that the resulting chocolate splendor begets luxurious depth and a romantic swoon.
