The Duck-rabbit Lager

North Carolina- Vienna Lager- 5.0% ABV. Named after philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein, our Vienna Lager radiates toasty malt sophistication. A crisp amber lager that balances the clean modernism of the lager ascendancy with the deep malt flavor of continental brewing heritage. Spezial!

North Carolina- Doppelbock- 8.5% ABV. Pours dark brown-black in color. Big, complex aromas of roasted malts, dark chocolate, earthy hops and tobacco on the nose. Roasted, smoky, rich flavors with dark fruit and molasses, toffee and brown sugar flavors. Tobacco lingers. Smooth.

North Carolina- Schwarzbier- 5.8% ABV. Bronze Medal 2014 GABF. Pours a deep brown-black. Aromas of caramel and roasted malts leading to similar flavors including coffee and nutty notes. Hoppy finish. Light to medium-bodied like a German Pilsner, with the character of dark malts.

North Carolina- Marzen/Oktoberfest- 4.6% ABV. Silver Medal 2014 GABF. Pours a brilliant auburn color with a lacy head. Aromas of clean biscuit and toffee. Sweet toasted caramel flavors with rich toffee and essences of red apple and noble hops carrying to the finish.
