The Duck-rabbit Stout

NC- Russian Imperial Stout- 10.0% ABV. This special beer is robust, thick, jet black and oily in texture. Complex flavors of roast malts dominate: bitter chocolate and espresso coffee especially. There is also a very big hop presence both for bittering and for aroma.

North Carolina- Milk/Sweet Stout- 5.7% ABV. Silver Medal GABF 2016. This is a traditional full-bodied Stout brewed with lactose (milk sugar). The subtle sweetness imparted by the lactose balances the sharpness of the highly roasted grains which give this delicious beer its black color.
