The Hop Concept Ale

United States - Oregon - We brewed this hazy IPA with Queen Anne Beer Hall to celebrate their new food concept in the Great Notion Ballard kitchen, “The Hall Smashbox”. The Queen is dry hopped with Galaxy, Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka.

North Carolina- American IPA- 8.5% ABV. Superior Lupulin Utilization Research Project, aka SLURP. This juicy, imperial IPA uses this unique flavor concept from hops in the mash as the foundation of an amazing citrus hop ride.

California- American IPA- 8.5%ABV. Our inaugural release boasts aromas of citrus, and dank, resinous pine. As the flavor opens, huge notes of stonefruit and dank resin give way to a juicy malt backbone and drying hop bitterness on the finish.
