The Irishman Whiskey

Ireland- Aged in American oak bourbon barrels this is a unique pot still blend, 70% aged single malt and 30% single pot still whiskey. Finishes with a sweet raisin bread fade with a wisp of praline, slate, and pepper. Double Gold Medal - International Spirits Challenge 2019.

Ireland- Matured in two differt woods: American Oak Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry. Buttery dark caramel, spice cake, roasted nut, and toasty oak aromas. Dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body of honeyed toast, chocolate covered fig, and brown spice flavors with a long, warming finish.

Ireland- The Irishman Founder's Reserve Rum Cask Finish is an outstanding irish Whiskey that is aged for 6 years in American Oak Bourbon barrels, and then finished with 6 months of aging in Chairman Reserve Rum Casks from St Lucia.

Ireland - This rich amber whiskey has a delicate, sweet spice with notes of cinnamon and hints of apples & charred wood. A taste of sweet vanilla bolstered by peppercorn and succulent fruit leading to a long finish with a touch of fudge. Gold Medal - 2019 New Zealand Spirits Awards.
