California- Dubbel- 7.5% ABV. A rich, deep garnet colored ale created from a blend of Domestic and imported malts. Through his commitment to interesting brews, Chef Vince created a special raisin puree for this beer. Malts, raisins and a fantastic yeast strain all work in harmony.

California- Saison / Farmhouse Ale- 6.5% ABV. Pours a clear, bright gold with aromas of candi sugar, honey and cloves. The taste is spicy with malty sweetness. There's a citrus presence of lime and lemon, and a balancing subtle bitterness. This is a lovely example of the style.

United States - California - Neither hazy nor clear, Unseen Things lives in the spaces between bitter & juicy. It’s a tropical IPA featuring exotic fruity esters sitting on top of a splash of soft bitter resins. Less orangey and juicy, the finish leans more like sweet grapefruit.
