Trinidad - A 22 year old rum produced by the Trinidad Distillers Limited, a facility rightfully celebrated around the world for their flavorful column distillates. Fruity and rich in character and aromas with flavorful notes of tobacco, and spiced oak that come through on the finish.

Barbados - Aged for 20 years this rum was produced in the Foursquare Distillery right off the coast of Barbados, packed with flavorful notes of fresh green banana and tobacco. Foursquare Rum Distillery was named rum producer of the year for five consecutive years.

Barbados-54%- Allocated-From the highly sought-after Foursquare distillery, this rum is distilled from pot and column-stills. Aromas of charred oak, toasted marshmallows, and coconut rise from the glass. A smooth texture with sweet flavors reminiscent of bananas foster and creme brulee.

Trinidad-52%-From Trinidad Distillers Limited this high aged rum was column-stilled and matured 21 years in ex-bourbon casks. A symphony of aromatics rises from the glass such as pear drops, and dark caramel notes. Flavors bittersweet oranges and Jaffa cakes dominate the palate.

Jamaica - From the highly notable Clarendon distillery in Jamaica. This rum is pot stilled and aged 23 years in ex-bourbon casks. Classic Jamaican fruit aromas such as banana and pineapple fill the nose. A velvety mouthfeel with flavors of cooked tropical fruits and fresh herbs.

Belize-53%-Allocated- From the foothills of the Maya Mountains, Travellers distillery uses a short three column-still that’s configured into a single column. This rum is velvety on the mouth with complex flavors of ripe banana, and succulent peaches that evolves into sweet toffee notes.

Panama -53%- The Varella distillery has been producing premium rums since 1936. Aged 17 years and column-stilled this rum is matured in ex-bourbon casks. On the nose aromas of pear, walnuts, and spearmint. The palate offers flavors of roasted nuts, dried fruit, and a hit of cigar smoke.

Trinidad-53%-From Trinidad Distillers Limited this rum was column-stilled and matured 17 years in ex-bourbon casks. A bright and spiced nose with hints of cinnamon, clove, banana, and pear. On the palate flavors of tropical fruit, honey, and baking spices. A long finish of fruit jams.

Guyana - 52% - Aged for over 24 years in ex-bourbon casks. The nose is packed with prunes, leather, coffee, and fudge aromas. The palate is complex and develops flavors of oak, nutmeg changing into semi-sweet chocolate and dried fruits over time. A long finish with notes of spiced oak.

Fiji -53%- Made in a small batch this unique rum was aged 19 years in American white oak barrels. A light golden color in the glass with sweet and floral aromas of vanilla and orange blossom. The palate is creamy with flavors of buttery toffee, salted caramel, and milk chocolate.

Jamaica- A well-defined rum with heavy notes of pear and fruit, it showcases a strong body and complex character in an enjoyable way. This is a fine and rare bottling from the Clarendon Distillery with limited allocation available.

Venezuela-52%- A deep golden-brown color in the glass with sweet aromas of toffee, cinnamon, and stewed apples. Smooth on the palate with prominent flavors of café mocha, and butterscotch. This has incredible length and complexity of warming notes of tobacco, leather, and forest floor.
