Third Wheel Ale

Missouri- American Amber/Red Ale- 5.8% ABV. Malt forward Red Ale with a dry finish. Toasted bread, a hint of caramel and a nice spicy finish make this beer suitable for any beer drinker. Brewed by women.

United States - Missouri - Bready Pilsner malt and hints of fruity esters (apples, oranges, pears) make this Golden Ale complex and layered, but tread carefully. This devilishly deceptive beer drinks easy, spritzy and light, and comes in at solid 8%.

United States - Missouri - This fruited, easy drinking sour has been loaded up with sweet oranges, a hint of vanilla and a healthy dose of lactose. The result is the tartest and juiciest dreamsicle. Happy Summer!

Missouri- Witbier- 5.2% ABV. We decided to go outside the box and brewed a Belgian style Witbier with coriander and orange peel, but dosed it with rosemary in secondary fermentation which adds a soft, piney, herbaceous note. You'll remember this one.

Missouri- American IPA- 6.8% ABV. We approach this IPA with the appreciation of bitter West Coast style hops, but with a great affection of the citrus, floral and fruity flavors from the Northeast. Citra and Mosaic hops make this IPA a true Midwest style.

United States - Missouri - Orbital Contusion is a Black IPA packed with Citra and Cascade hops. Sweet citrus on the nose, caramelized oranges, dark chocolate flavors and a refreshingly dry bitter finish.

United States - Missouri - Inner Saboteur, made with with Columbus and Simcoe, it is a bitter, sweet, spicy, dank and slightly boozy Double IPA. A description for both your personal Inner Saboteur as well as the beer.
