United States - 50% - This blend of straight bourbons was crafted by Aaron Gillespie himself at the Whiskey House in Nashville. A blend of Tennessee and Kentucky whiskeys. Layers of sweet baked goods and oak make for a complex and beautiful sipping experience.

Kentucky - They took barrels on tour for this special collaboration with their friends at Goodwood Brewing Company. KY Bourbon barrels were used to age Goodwood Imperial Stout, and finished for 8 months to create this limited, 1 time release.

United States - 50% - The rich mahogany color hints at the complexity within. The aroma opens with aged wine and cloves, balanced by citrus. On the palate, it offers a sweet, full-bodied profile, with fruity undertones and subtle hints of smoke and toast.
