Trophy Ale

United States - North Carolina - Pub Ale is a traditional English style Pale Ale, brewed with an English Malt base and Whole Leaf East Kent Golding and Willamette Hops. As is traditional with this style, both kegs and bottles were naturally carbonated.

NC- Session IPA- 4.9% ABV. This Session IPA is built on a solid malt backbone featuring base malts from Epiphany Craft Malting in Durham, NC. Hopped with plenty of bright, citrus forward hops with a refreshing grapefruit-y finish.

NC- Witbier- 5.2% ABV. Trophy Husband is back as a citrus forward and refreshing Witbier featuring additions of grains of paradise, coriander, and orange peel. We decided to make a move to a very crushable, refreshing, and approachable beer to carry on the Husband name.

North Carolina- American IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas as well as hop bitterness supported by a malt backbone. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

United States - North Carolina - A new first for Trophy Brewing - Bo Knows Techmo. This bright IPA will even leave Bo scratching his head and wanting more. Citrus and floral notes with piney aromas.

NC- American Stout- 5.3% ABV. Roasty, chocolatey notes accompanied by a healthy dose of sea salt and subtle sweetness on the finish. The stars have aligned and provided this perfectly balanced stout!
