Washington - Columbia Valley- One-of-a-kind melomel mead, skillfully crafted with a blend of pure honey, luscious tart cherry juice, and organic cacao nibs. The carefully curated combination of these ingredients results in a truly captivating and multi-dimensional beverage.

Washington- American IPA- 6.9% ABV. Pale straw in color with a light silky texture from the rolled oats. The flavor and aroma both express mandarin and citrus all around. Four pounds of hops per barrel makes this IPA truly Bodhilicious!

Germany- Marzen/Festbier - 5.6% ABV. PROST! Brewed for Festbier season in Germany, this rich hoppy seasonal has a great mouthfeel with lots of flavor. A hoppy lager, deep gold and full-bodied truly represents the Bavarian way of celebrating.

United States - Vermont - Dead Flowers is an IPA featuring their select Riwaka and Southern Cross hops. This beer is truly a beauty, presenting notes of fresh melon, tropical fruit juice, a hint of lime, and an overall experience that reminds of us of a creamsicle

France- Champagne- Has a very fine texture with dried pineapple and lemon character. Medium to full body, complex and flavorful palate. Shows length and beauty. Pie crust, cooked apple and lemon rind continue on the finish. A truly great 2000 with a combination of finesse and strength.

California - Deep, dark red in color with flavors of cherries, blackcurrants, blackberries, and cedar. It shows a tremendous concentration of flavors and a smooth, almost silky texture framed by a firm tannic structure that truly stands out at the beginning of the long finish.

Texas- American Blonde Ale- "A rich, creamy golden colored ale fermented at a cool temperature to give a clean finish. Hints of yeasty bread and a touch of hops combine to make a beer that is truly more than the sum of its parts."

Germany- Munich Dunkel Lager - 5.0% ABV. Klosterbrauerei Ettal is most known for this, it's historic, award-winning, and truly impressive Dunkel lager. Since 1609, the monks of the Holy Rule of St. Benedict have farmed, distilled, and brewed their historic German lagers.

France - Aromas of marzipan, raisins, cinnamon and cherry that always conjure up Christmas time and its savory winter perfumes steeped in childhood memories. Serve it with a leg of lamb cooked as slowly as possible so that it truly melts in the mouth.
