Connecticut- Hefeweizen- A version of a classic Bavarian wheat brew. Beautifully cloudy golden appearance with a generous head of foam, a wonderful fruit and spice aroma of banana and clove, and a dry finish.

Connecticut- Fruit Lambic- 7.0% ABV. A metric ton of Michigan-grown cherries mesmerize in this lip-smacking Kriek. A wild yeast fermentation and aging for two years in French Oak delivers a subtle funk accompanied by intense notes of sour cherry.

United States - Connecticut - An unfiltered, cloudy Hazy Juicy IPA that uses generous amounts of Hallertauer Blanc, Citra & Mandarina Bavaria hops. Results in a juicy, fully-charged DIPA w/ notes of grapefruit, pine, lychee, orange & tangerine against a soft malt backdrop.

Connecticut- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- Pours crystal clear and bright yellow glowing and clean. Mild, white head. Aroma is fruity and spicy. Tropical fruit and a sharp pepper note. Some hops as well. Taste has lemon, hay, straw, honey, and light pepper at the end.

Connecticut- Rye Beer- 9.5% ABV. A traditional Belgian Tripel blended with generous additions of spicy rye. The aroma is spicy with lots of rye, bready yeast and dried fruit notes. The taste follows the nose with flavors of spicy rye, bitter herbal hops, bready malts and dark fruit.

United States - Connecticut - Brewed with Cryo Hops-hops frozen with liquid nitrogen to lock in flavor and aroma-this IPA delivers notes of lime zest, orange peel, and tropical fruit, balanced by a touch of pine. The slightly darker malt bill adds nutty, toasty depth and a fuller body.
