Uncommon Ale

Utah- American Blonde Ale- GABF Silver Medal 2012. Organic. Golden body with a white head. Appealing Sorachi hops, an uncommon hop from Japan, balanced with lighter malts. Citrusy, fresh, clean. Pairs well with summer weather. An easy companion to most foods on the summer grill.

New York- American Amber / Red Ale- 7% ABV. A hearty and robust amber colored ale, brewed to chase away the chill of a cold winter night. Made with Pale, Vienna, crystal, and chocolate malt, this is an uncommon amber with a tasty balance of malt and hops.

Arizona- English Bitter- based on an English-style "Best Bitter" which is the most common ale served in British pubs. What makes 8th Street Ale uncommon is its mellow bitterness and its slightly sweet malt flavor. It's aroma is derived from rare, imported Kentish hops, and lots of them.
