Une Annee Ale

Illinois- Tripel- 8.7% ABV. Not your ordinary tripel. Darker than most. Yeast brings esters of apple and pear. Not a high carb level like most. Flavors hint tobacco and bread crusts. Warming abv, but not hot. Consistent flavor from start to finish.

Illinois- Belgian Pale Ale- 4.5% ABV. Ambre is a belgian style pale ale produced by Une Annee Brewery. Une Annee is a popular brewery based out of Nile, Illinois that is known for sleek can art and great brews.

IL- Belgian Strong Dark Ale -11% ABV, "Quad is a rich, dark, & caramelly take on this traditional Trappist Style. Malty & fruity, with aromas brandied cherries, fruitcake, & dark raisins. After all that desserty lusciousness, the 11% ABV should keep you warm for the colder weather

Illinois- Gueuze Lambic. This style of beer generally offers complex tart and wild flavor and aroma created from a bottle conditioned blend of both young and old Lambics. Alcohol content tends to be moderately high.

Illinois- Russian Imperial Stout- 10.6% ABV- This unfiltered beer made in Chicago is an imperial stout aged with Belgian and English yeast strains to produce a dark, creamy, drink with notes of chocolate.

Illinois- American Double/Imperial Stout. This style of beer generally offers a very malt-forward dark body and high alcohol content. These are very dark in appearance and bold in flavors. Occasionally Barrel Aged. Please see package for more information.
