Upper Pass Ale

Vermont- American Pale Ale- 6.0% ABV. This beer has a base of Pilsner and Golden Promise malts with Mosaic, Citra, Centennial and Azacca Hops. Notes of stonefruit and mango on the nose and at first sip.

Vermont- American Double/Imperial IPA- 8.0% ABV. DIPA aggressively hopped in the whirlpool and post fermentation with six hop varieties, making it juicy and flavorful, but not too bitter. The malt bill contains a blend of German and English base malts, Munich, oats, and wheat.

Vermont - American IPA - 6.5% ABV. Lotus Mode utilizes a blend of our favorite American grown hops supported by the featured hop, Lotus. Sit back and let wave after wave of tropical mango, guava, pineapple, and peach wash over your palate on your way to hoppy enlightenment.

United States - Vermont - What was once a series of rotating IPAs, has brought us to the final version of Hip 2 The Hops. Now available year round. Using hops from our best batches over the years: Idaho 7, Cashmere, El Dorado, and Zappa.

Vermont- Kolsch- 5.0% ABV. In collaboration with our friends at Upper Pass. This is an old world recipe, with an American style dry-hopping. A perfect meeting of traditional brewing technique and American innovation!
