Upright Ale

United States - Georgia - Corn won't grow at all on Rocky Top, but wheat sure as heck will. That’s why we mashed in with enough malted wheat and two-row to cover the bottom of the Tennessee River. An easy-drinking wheat ale with an orange-juice kick through the uprights.

Alabama- American Pale Ale- 5.8% ABV. One of our original brews, this pale ale packs a big hoppy punch that is also crisp and refreshing. We loaded this one up with Falconer's Flight to hit that slight bitterness that is just right.

United States - Wisconsin - Approved by a committee of 70 old men, this brown ale exists in the in-between of everything; perfectly in the middle. A real 3 bears paradigm...not too light, not too dark, just right. Drink it up nerds!

United States - Washington - Making a beer is sort of like a dance. Water, grain, hops, and yeast already take a delicate balance, so why not add some fruit and a slight pucker to up the ante, right? This tango is dancing tartly tangential to fruit punch, both in nose and palette.

Indiana- American Double/Imperial IPA- 10.5% ABV. The wolf inside this pale ale is trying to walk upright. This bright and aromatic beer was brewed with our friends in the band Pig Destroyer.

Texas American Blonde Ale- 5.4%. A fair-haired blonde wakes up with a particular thirst. The nearby waterfall is too bubbly, the enchanted lake is too warm. Hmm, finally, this is just right. Not too bitter. Not too light. A perfect pour. Light & crisp blonde ale.

United States - Ohio - Turn it UP. Truthadelic is a big, hazy jam that hits all the right notes. This Hazy Imperial IPA lays down a heavy hop rhythm that sets the tone for high register breaks of OJ and grapefruit notes and juicy, tropical solos for days.

United States - Minnesota - There's no such thing as too much of a good thing, right? We ramped up our flagship Hazy IPA, Verbal Tip, adding Mosaic and Citra Cryo hops, bumped the alcohol to 8.5% and created the immensely delicious DOUBLE VERBAL TIP!

Michigan- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 7.0% ABV. IBU's: 35 - Ripped Right is a double dry hopped NEIPA with large additions of Citra and Mosaic hops. Hazy in appearance and with a smooth and full mouthfeel this drinks like a glass of hopped up juice.

Virginia- American Double/Imperial IPA- 8.3% ABV. UP DOWN UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT: A simple pattern can be the key to leveling up. When you combine the elements of pine-apple and our classic DIPA recipe, Cheat Code becomes a game winner. Cheat codes were made to be used!

Wisconsin- Gose- 6.5% ABV. A Tropical Sour with Blackberry, Tangerine and Key Lime. When the sip of that first beer hits just right and you look up at your crew and think tonites going to be a good nite-I might be in trouble.

United States - Minnesota - Step right up and experience the newest, Illustrious Feature. This DDH Hazy DIPA is headlined by Sabro Incognito and Lupomax Talus hops alongside stars in the making, HBC 586 & HBC 1019. You'll be lining up for another showing.

United States - Vermont - This delectable Imperial IPA is brewed with Blue Dream Terpenes. The folks up in Burlington, Vermont have really taken IPAs to another level. Juicy with just the right amount of dank.

United States - Texas - Double Hazy IPA jammed with each Citra hop available. We added American Citra Noble in the whirlpool, dip-hopped with Citra Dynaboost, dry hopped with Citra T90 and Citra Cryo, then added a dose of Citra Hyp erboost in the brite tank right before packaging.
