Upslope Ale

Colorado- Pumpkin Ale- 7.70% ABV. Pours a copper-orange color. Aromas of roasted pumpkin and pie spices. The addition of organic baby bear pumpkins to malt and hops makes this truly a local farm to brewhouse collaboration. A custom blend of six spices rounds out the flavors.

California- American Pale Ale- 5.8& ABV. 37 IBUs. Pours a deep golden. Aromas of Apricot, tropical fruit and grapefruit. Pairs well with burgers, tacos, spicy Thai and chicken curry dishes.

Colorado- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 7.2% ABV. Pours a dark amber/copper color. The aroma is spicy with hints of resiny pine, caramel malts & bright citrus fruit. The taste features sweet honey, caramel malts, vanilla & a kick of floral hops on the finish.

Colorado - American IPA - 7.5% ABV. Brewed with premium American malt, Cascade and Simcoe hops, and hand-picked Colorado spruce tips, our winter IPA is highlighted by notes of candied orange peel and fresh pine needles supported by a sturdy malt backbone.

United States - Colorado - CO- IPA (India Pale Ale)- 6.0% ABV. This IPA is loaded with premium hop varieties from New Zealand to create a beer bursting with hop flavor and a crisp, dry finish. Pale gold in color with tropical fruit aromas.

CO- Fruit Beer- 4.5% ABV. A bright and beautiful ruby hue, this beer has an aroma of tart lemons, sweet bramble tones, and an underlying earthiness. The aroma leads you into a clean, crisp tartness with toothsome blackberry and citrus finish.

Colorado - American IPA - 6.8% ABV. A West Coast IPA brewed with lots of aromatic, fruity hops. A clear gold color with notes of citrus, pineapple, and stone fruit is backed by a crisp bitterness and dry finish.
