Vintage Ale

England - Amber colored Barley Wine laden with bronze glints. On the nose, straight away the bouquet has impact, intensity and complexity with notes of both candied and alcohol-soaked fruit, dried figs, fresh tobacco and chocolate, while a caramel sensation.

Wisconsin - Rye Beer - 6.9% ABV. Brewed with rye, European specialty malts and Czech Saaz, Tippy Toboggan is an old-world 'Roggen Bier', a distant cousin to our Weiss bier. Enjoy!

Wisconsin- American IPA- 5.9% ABV. A single hop hazy IPA brewed exclusively with Sabro hops, whose distinctive aromatics abound with pineapple, tangerine, and apricot, plus suggestions of coconut, mint, and cedar.

Belgium- Flanders Red Ale- 7% ABV. SOUR ALE. A very special, vintage dated, limited barrel release of a fine Rodenbach sour ale. Expect a fine example of a sour Belgian style with barrel ageing and wild yeast fermentation. Enjoy.

Wisconsin- Witbier. This style of beer generally offers flavors and aroma of wheat, coriander, and orange peel and a refreshing level of carbonation. Sometimes served with a slice of lemon or orange.

Wisconsin - Oatmeal Stout - 6.3% ABV. Our oatmeal stout is a hearty and full-bodied dark beer with rich malt flavors of molasses cocoa, caramel, and espresso. We hope you enjoy!
