Vintage Ale

England - Amber colored Barley Wine laden with bronze glints. On the nose, straight away the bouquet has impact, intensity and complexity with notes of both candied and alcohol-soaked fruit, dried figs, fresh tobacco and chocolate, while a caramel sensation.

Belgium- Flanders Red Ale- 7% ABV. SOUR ALE. A very special, vintage dated, limited barrel release of a fine Rodenbach sour ale. Expect a fine example of a sour Belgian style with barrel ageing and wild yeast fermentation. Enjoy.

California- American Double/IMperial IPA- 10.5% ABV. 100+ IBUs. Mother Earth's anniversary beer. Recipe changes with each vintage. Big, massively hopped, with enough malt character to balance the bitterness and higher alcohol.

United States - Vermont - Our sparkling sour golden ale is 100% barrel fermented and 100% bottle conditioned. Barrel aging for over a year and careful blending of different vintages creates a balance of fruit, earthy and tart flavors akin to dry champagne.

California- Gueuze- SOUR ALE. An intensely tart, funky beer combining three different vintages of The Bruery's barrel-aged sour blonde. The aroma combines lemon zest, stone fruit, funky yeast & grassy hops while the taste boasts flavors of apricot, barnyard yeast and a sharp acidity.

Belgium - Traditional unfiltered blend of home-brewed lambics, from spontaneous fermentation. Made with different vintages of lambic, aged in oak barrels. 2019 Brussels Beer Challenge bronze medal winner. Enjoy!

Virginia - Dunkelweizen - 4.5% ABV. This is a lightly sour fruity beer. It is low in alcohol and a great thirst quencher. Named after our vintage VW bus. We hope you enjoy!

New York - American Double/Imperial Stout - 12.4% ABV. This vintage of Black Ops was aged in Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon barrels to call forth big chocolate and coffee notes and a rich, mellow underpinning of vanilla-like oak.

California- American Barley Wine- 12% ABV. Here is a barrel aged Barley Wine that is made from the blending of different batches from different barrels each year. A different base barrel each year contributes to a unique flavor profile for each vintage. Expect a complex beer.

United States - Oregon - Inspired by the classic cocktail, this year’s vintage is our blender’s selection of Barleywines aged in 16-yr George Dickel casks. Rich caramel, vanilla, and bourbon-like flavors are accented by a touch of orange peel for the signature garnish.

United States - Washington - Mezclar is an exclusive mix of select vintages of Bourbon Barrel-Aged Dark Star and a porter specifically designed to be a blending component for this beer.
